Editorial Review for The Castle Bed & Breakfast – by Tara de Lis
In Short
Located off busy Rancho California, but a world--and several centuries--away from bustling wine tasting trail, this is a family run bed and breakfast with much attention to detail. The mom's handpainted Renaissance-style mural next to the staircase even incorporates her husband and children's faces into the characters. Son JP prepares extravagent full breakfasts every morning. Each of the seven rooms is thematically decorated; options range from the more traditional French country and English tudor to a medieval dungeon and an Egyptian honeymoon suite.

From the first welcoming smile, to the charming rooms and grounds, my husband and I knew we had found a real treasure at the Castle B&B. Each room is fantastic and we look forward to coming back and staying in each one. The breakfast was indeed awesome and your warmth and friendliness made our stay perfect. We will use our experience at the Castle as the standard for all other B&Bs we plan to visit.
